Kulvinder Singh represents personal injury plaintiffs, business clients and people with estate planning, criminal and immigration cases in the greater Sacramento area since 1996. Mr. Singh grew up in New York and after Justice Anthony Kennedy was nominated to be a justice of the US Supreme Court by President Reagan, moved west to attend law school and business school in Sacramento.
Emeritus member of these executive committees: Solo & Small Firm Section, NAPABA and State Bar of California & American Bar Association. In 1996, Mr. Singh was the delegate of the Yuba Sutter Bar Association to the Conference of Delegates. Member of Placer County, Sacramento, South Asian Bar & Asian Pacific Bar Association. An early member of the Sikh National Bar Association (SNBA), a newly established organization dedicated to empowering Sikh legal professionals across the United States.
Mr. Singh is a regular contributor to local historical societies, writing about Sikhs and their history in Placer County and the country. He advocates community organizing and participates in civil engagement and public service.
