Private Mediation Services
Awaiting court trial, parties use a private mediator to write things that are agreed upon. Mediators are often lawyers, social workers or retired judges. Settling disputed issues and working toward a resolution lowers the temperature and legal fees. Mr. Singh mediates disputes involving businesses, families and Sikh temple litigation.
