When there is a legal case awaiting trial, there are opportunities to meet with a private mediator and write up the things that can be agreed upon. That will help move the case forward to a resolution and lower the temperature and legal fees. Mr. Singh has been trained to be a mediator and will assist with disputes where they may be counsel for both parties. Performing legal services as a mediator will preclude Mr. Singh from later representing either side in court should the litigants wish to continue to trial.
Mediators may be lawyers, social workers or retired judges. Mr. Singh was trained by the Yolo County Center for Dispute Resolution in restorative justice. Mediation for parties involving business disputes, family cases and Sikh temple board or committee litigation is our specialty.
